FOTD: Too Face Chocolate Bar Palette

For my very first blog post I've decided to post a FOTD (Face Of The Day). To create this look I chose to use Too Faced's Chocolate Bar Palette. Not only is this an amazing palette for everyday wear as it has an assortment of matte and shimmer shades, all in natural shades of browns and pinks, they smell frickin amazing too!! Trying not to eat this delicious chocolate scented palette is a task in itself.

The quality of these eye shadows is amazing too. They are highly pigmented and really easy to blend.

For today's look I wanted to create a natural makeup look.

To begin with I used a flat shader brush to put 'White Chocolate' all over my lid to create a base that will be easy to blend with.

I then use a small blending brush to blend 'Milk Chocolate' through the crease and used the same brush to blend 'Semi Sweet' over the top of that to deepen the color.

After that I then went in with a clean flat shader brush to sweep 'Marzipan' onto the lid, and used a clean blending brush to ensure there were no harsh lines.

To finish I used an angled brush to push 'Triple Fudge' along the top lash line to create a smokey effect, and 'Semi Sweet' along the bottom lash line.

A generous coating of Maybelline's The Falsies and my look is complete.
